Kinsley Wargo is a mechanical engineering student at Penn State University, expected to graduate in 2025. Currently serving as a Jr Project Manager at Impact Automation, Inc. since May 2024, Kinsley also contributes as an Engineering Ambassador for the Engineering Ambassadors Network, focusing on outreach initiatives and technical presentations. Previous roles include Director of Public Relations and Director of Social Media for the Society of Women Engineers at Penn State, where Kinsley led successful communication strategies and initiatives. Kinsley has gained practical experience through internships at Rockwell Automation and the U.S. Army DEVCOM Army Research Laboratory, alongside leadership in robotics teams and educational roles in swim instruction and teaching assistance. Notable achievements include national awards for communication excellence and organizational growth in engineering outreach.
