Luiz Felipe Oliveira is a civil engineer with extensive experience in construction management and project oversight. Currently serving as an engineer at Engexpor since August 2023, previous positions include civil engineer roles at ONETEK ENGENHARIA from April 2022 to June 2023, and involvement in significant projects such as the retrofit and expansion of Shopping Tijuca for BRMALLS and the construction of an energy generator bank for TAESA. Luiz also co-owned ROFEL Construções, Reformas e Engenharia LTDA from January 2019 to May 2023 and held a contract management position at Indica Acessoria e Serviços Ltda. Prior experiences include engineering roles at Klacon, Construtora Calper, Dominus Engenharia, João Fortes Engenharia S/A, and Construtora Modelo Ltda, along with internships during studies at Estácio, where Luiz obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering in 2013. Currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Project Management at IBEC, Luiz Felipe Oliveira combines technical expertise with practical field experience in various residential and commercial projects.
