Beth Kramer has over 20 years of experience as an Adjunct Faculty in various universities. Beth worked as a Sr. Instructional System Designer for SAIC, where they provided training to Air Force and U.S. Army. Additionally, they were a Sr. Instructional System Designer/ Training Lead for Sigmatech, where they completed TDC Training, DISAM courses for DAU Level 1 PM. Beth served as Vice President of Huntsville Operations and Program Manager for Engineering & Computer Simulations until September 2018. Beth is currently the CEO & President of Engenix, Inc and is responsible for providing strategic leadership to the company to focus on product quality and customer service.

Beth Kramer holds a Master of Science in Educational Technology degree from Troy University and a Master of Science in Science of Instruction from Drexel University. Beth also has a Bachelor of Science degree in History, Political Science, and Interdisciplinary from Austin Peay State University. Additionally, they have earned various certifications from institutions such as Defense Acquisition University and DISAM, covering topics such as Risk Management, Information Assurance, and Security Cooperation Management.
