Carlos Fleet has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Carlos started their career as a Graduate Student at Forest Products Biotechnology in 1998, followed by Research Associate roles at Pacific Forestry Center in 2001 and Inex Pharmaceuticals in 2002. Carlos then became a Senior Research Associate at iCell Therapeutics in 2005 before joining Engene Inc. as a Manager of Process Development from 2006 to 2011. Subsequently, they worked as an Associate Scientist at the Centre for Drug Research and Development from 2011 to 2013 before finally joining enGene as a Senior Director of CMC. At enGene, they progressed to the role of VP of MSAT, which they currently hold.
Carlos Fleet earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of British Columbia in 1995. Carlos pursued further studies at the same institution and obtained a Master of Science degree, specializing in Biochemistry, Forestry, and Biotechnology, from 1999 to 2001.
