Paul Marshall is a seasoned Mechanical Estimator with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently employed at Engenda Group since August 2016, Paul previously held the position of Senior Estimator at Hargreaves Ductwork Limited for a brief period in 2016. From 1987 to 2016, Paul worked at Interserve Industrial Services Ltd, where responsibilities included preparing tenders for mechanical construction projects with values ranging from £25 million to £10,000. Early career beginnings included apprenticeship roles at DMSI Limited and the Engineering Industry Training Board, where skills in pipefitting, welding, and related trades were developed. Paul holds trade qualifications in pipefitting and welding from Longlands College of Further Education and obtained 'O' Levels from Leigh C of E High School.
