Daniel Hood Vairinhos serves as the Lead Instrument Engineer at Engenda Group since January 2023, bringing extensive experience from a 14-year tenure at Novartis where roles included Site Instrument Engineer, Asset and Reliability Engineer, Electrical and Instrument Engineering Specialist, and Instrument Technician. Daniel's expertise encompasses maximizing production performance and reliability, ensuring compliance with functional safety standards, managing maintenance teams, and conducting technical assessments across a range of instrumentation. Daniel holds an Executive MBA and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic Engineering from the University of Hull, alongside various qualifications in engineering and instrumentation from Grimsby Institute of Further and Higher Education. Additionally, Daniel has represented Novartis as a delegate at One Young World events.
