Jeff Kaltenstein has a strong background in construction and project management. Jeff currently serves as the Vice President at Engelke Construction Solutions since 2022. Previously, they worked at the same company as the Director of Construction/General Manager from 2016 to 2022. In this role, they focused on business development, recruitment, negotiation, and managing key relationships. Before joining Engelke Construction Solutions, Jeff worked as a Project Manager at Oberer Thompson Company/Greater Dayton Construction Group from 2003 to 2016.

Jeff Kaltenstein attended Lake Ridge Academy from 1996 to 2000. Jeff then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing at the University of Dayton from 2000 to 2004.
