Johan Javier Morales Parrado is a skilled BIM Software Developer with experience at leading organizations in the construction and insurance sectors. Currently employed at ENG since January 2025, Johan has previously contributed to Amarilo S.A.S. and Seguros Bolívar S.A. as a BIM Software Developer and Trainee Developer, respectively. Johan began a career in civil engineering as a Site Civil Engineer at Arq Javier W. Garay before transitioning to software development. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia and completion of the Mision TIC 2022 program for Software Development at Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira, along with training as a Tecnólogo en electricidad Industrial from Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA).
