David Bard is a seasoned human resources professional with a comprehensive background in HR management and recruitment across various industries. Currently serving as a Founding Member at Engagement Academy since July 2024, David previously operated as a Human Resources Generalist at Cludo, where David managed all HR functions for a global team of 50 employees. Prior experience includes serving as Site Human Resources Manager at Presbyterian Homes & Services and Human Resources Generalist at Plateau Healthcare, where David successfully implemented onboarding improvements and developed key employee programs. David started in the HR field as a Recruiter with Bethesda Lutheran Communities and held supervisory roles at UPS, showcasing a strong track record in employee engagement and organizational growth. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership with a focus on Human Resources from Portland State University, complemented by an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Clackamas Community College.
