Sushma Pathak has been working in the software engineering field since 2013. Sushma started their career as a Software Engineer at Happiest Minds Technologies, and then moved on to Senior Software Engineer at Sedin Technologies - RailsFactory in 2016. In 2017, they were Lead Software Engineer at TRENIQ, and currently holds the role of Software Development Team Lead at Engagedly Inc since 2020.
