Leela Vasudevan has over six years of work experience in the talent acquisition and HR space. Leela began their career in 2015 as an Internship at Allsec Technologies Limited. In 2016, they worked as a Research Consultant at Tennex Consulting Pvt Ltd and as a Consultant - Account Manager, Specialist Consultant - Leadership Hiring for consumer and enterprise app space, and Research Associate at Antal India - Global Executive Recruitment Business. In 2021, they took on the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Crayon Data and Talent Acquisition Specialist at CredAvenue - A complete Debt Platform. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Talent Acquisition/HR Manager at Engagedly Inc.

Leela Vasudevan completed their Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Anna University in 2014. Leela then pursued their Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Anna University, which they completed in 2016.
