Stephanie Belledent has extensive experience in account management and customer service, currently serving as Change and Release Manager and previously as Account Director and Account Executive at Engage People Inc., where responsibilities included supporting major accounts and managing smaller engagements. Prior experience includes roles as a Customer Service Representative at Credit Valley Conservation Authority, where duties involved providing recreational information and managing reservations, and as Youth Francophone Coordinator at Tucker House Environmental Learning Center, creating an online environmental network for French-speaking youth. Additional experience includes customer service roles in various environments, along with a background in energy auditing. Stephanie Belledent holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo, complemented by studies at Université de Lausanne.
