Debashish Samal is an experienced professional with a strong background in technical recruitment and engineering. Currently serving as Team Lead at enfycon Inc since April 2024, Debashish previously held the role of Team Lead at Proiasys Inc from October 2021 to April 2024, alongside positions as Senior Technical Recruiter and Associate Technical Recruiter within the same company. Prior to this, Debashish worked as Lead Mechanical Engineer at Larsen & Toubro from December 2020 to September 2021 and gained early experience as an Engineering Apprentice at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited from December 2019 to November 2020. Debashish's career began at Bajaj Auto Ltd as a Team Lead in 2019. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Raajdhani Engineering College and a +2 Science degree from Maharshi College of Natural Law in BBSR, Khurda.
