Pasi Maanonen has extensive experience in IT support and workstation services, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist in Mac Technologies at Enfo since 2008, Pasi has provided 2nd level support for Mac and Windows workstations as well as iOS devices, leading problem management and software deployment initiatives. Prior roles at Enfo include positions as Teamlead and System Specialist, demonstrating a strong background in Mac workstation setup and onsite support. Earlier experience includes managing workstation services at Otava-Kuvalehdet Oy and serving as a System Specialist at Kustannusosakeyhtiö Otava. Pasi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Helia, earned between 1994 and 1998.
