Hilton Carmo currently serves as an Engenheiro de Integridade Especialista at Eneva since February 2023. Prior experience includes roles as an Engineering Inspector at Oxiteno and as a Téc Inspeção at Quant Service from 2012 to 2022. Previous positions span various companies, including Lc Inspecoes and Koend, demonstrating a strong background in inspection and maintenance within the oil and gas industry. Academically, Hilton is pursuing a Pós-graduação Lato Sensu - MBA in Reliability-Centric Maintenance at the Federal University of Technology - Parana and holds an MBA in Engineering/Industrial Management from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, along with a Bachelor of Engineering from Centro Universitário Dom Pedro II.
