Bianca Chaves is a skilled Process Engineer currently employed at Eneva since August 2020, where primary responsibilities include monitoring process variables, analyzing performance indicators, managing quality control for water and gas, and spearheading improvement projects. Chaves has led multidisciplinary projects aimed at enhancing asset reliability, and has experience with software tools such as OSIsoft PI and Aspen Plus. Prior to Eneva, Chaves interned at Braskem, focusing on VCM production processes, and contributed to significant research projects at CNPq and CAPES, resulting in multiple scientific publications. Chaves holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Federal da Bahia and an additional Bachelor's degree in Science from James Cook University.
