Vianney PERSYN is an experienced methods and continuous improvement engineer with a strong background in production optimization and project management. Currently employed at EnerSys since November 2019, Vianney has previously worked at Akka Technologies on significant projects for Bombardier Transport, focusing on new production line implementation and the industrialization of assembly processes. Additionally, Vianney gained valuable experience at ABMI, where a transition from a "push" to a "pull" production model was successfully executed for Thales Alenia Space through Lean Manufacturing methodologies. Early career experience includes an apprenticeship at TIM S.A.S., emphasizing production chain optimization and the design of production tools. Vianney holds an engineering degree from Icam - Institut Catholique d'Arts et Métiers, complemented by a BTS in Automation Systems.
