Shannon Thomas is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive leadership experience across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at EnerSys since May 2023, Shannon previously held multiple executive roles at The Chemours Company, including Vice President HR for Total Rewards and HR Operations, as well as Vice President HR for Titanium Technology and HR Operations. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Director HR Operations and HR Director for Global Corporate Functions at The Grand Opera House, Inc., and as Human Resource Leader at Owens Corning. Shannon's career also features strategic roles at Hexion Inc., Apex Tool Group, Eramet, and International Converter Inc. Shannon holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a BA in Human Resource Management from Marietta College.
