Paul Liddiard has extensive experience in manufacturing and supply chain management, currently serving as the MAIT and Supply Chain Manager at EnerSys since March 2006. In this role, Paul oversees the daily operations of Manufacturing, Test, and Stores/Procurement departments, ensuring efficient production and testing schedules. Previous positions at EnerSys include Manufacturing Manager, Manufacturing Supervisor, and Manufacturing Technician, focusing on high-quality assembly and equipment calibration within clean room environments. Prior to this, Paul worked at Nordisk Aviation Products, managing certified repair facilities at Heathrow and Gatwick Airports. Initial experience included roles as a sheet metal worker and welder at Modulus (UK) Ltd, where skills in repair estimation and compliance with manufacturer standards were developed. Education was completed at Heathland School and Rectory School.
