Chastity Taylor, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at EnerSys since June 2018. Prior roles at EnerSys include Human Resources Specialist, HR Administrator, and HR Intern. Prior to this, Chastity held the position of HR Coordinator at Ashland, where a significant achievement included conducting an internal I-9 audit of over 3,000 employees to ensure compliance with IRCA laws. Chastity holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Eastern Kentucky University, achieved in 2019.
