Chad McNiel has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Chad started their career at Dynamic Down Hole in 2010 as a Completion Fluids Tech. / Manager, where they worked until 2015. In 2015, they joined Dorsal Services Inc as an Operations Manager, a position they held until 2022. In 2016, Chad became the Vice President of Operations at Enersol Group, where they continue to work.

Chad McNiel attended George West High School from 1993 to 1995. After completing high school, they enrolled at Texas State University from 2000 to 2003, where they focused on Political Science and Government. No degree was specified for either educational experience.
