Juha Vilppula is currently a Senior Advisor at Enersense International Oyj, where Juha serves as the Head of Maintenance. Prior to this, Juha had a long tenure at Helen, holding various roles including Maintenance Manager and Operations Manager at the Vuosaari power plant and district heat and cooling plants. Juha also has experience as a Business Development Executive and Project Manager. Juha holds a Master of Business Administration from Aalto University and is currently pursuing a MSc degree in Engineering/Industrial Management at LUT University. Juha has a strong background in maintenance management and business development within the energy sector.
