Jelle Wissink has a varied work experience in project management and engineering roles. Jelle started their career in 2010 at Jonge Poerink Conveyors as a Project Engineer, where they worked for seven months. In the same year, they joined Flowserve as a Project Manager, where they led project teams, screened and confirmed orders, and planned work activities in line with accepted orders and guidelines. Jelle worked at Flowserve for six years, until 2016. In 2016, Jelle Wissink joined Enerpac as a Project Manager, and later took on the role of S&OP Manager in February 2022.

Jelle Wissink began their education at ROC van Twente from 2002 to 2006, where they pursued a field of study in Werktuigbouwkunde. Following this, they attended Saxion University of Applied Sciences from 2006 to 2009, earning a Bachelor's Degree in the same field of study.
