Heikki Hiltunen serves as the Chief Legal and Administrative Officer and secretary of the Board of Directors at Enerim Oy since June 2020. Hiltunen is also a Board Member at ENP since March 2024. Previously, Hiltunen was the Chief Legal Officer and a member of the Group Executive Team at Empower from August 2012 to July 2020 and acted as HR Director. Earlier experience includes roles as Senior Associate at Roschier Attorneys Ltd. from June 2006 to July 2012, Legal Counsel at Moventas Oy during a secondment in 2009, Trainee District Judge at the District Court of Tampere from May 2007 to April 2008, and Thesis Trainee at Roschier Attorneys Ltd. in late 2005. Hiltunen earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Lapland, supplemented by studies at the University of Vienna.
