Pablo Roldós is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project development and engineering. Currently serving as a Consultant for Offshore Project Development at energyRe since 2023, Pablo also founded Estabild in 2019. Pablo is a member of the Urban Land Institute’s Product Council focused on Real Estate and Technology for 2023-2024. Previous roles include Sr Project Engineer and Supply Chain responsibilities at ConocoPhillips from 2014 to 2019, as well as experience in data analytics at openCurrents in 2018-2019 and project development analysis at Cintra and ConocoPhillips in 2013. Additionally, from 2009 to 2012, Pablo contributed to real estate development at Constructora Doralco and represented the National Golf Team for the Federacion Ecuatoriana de Golf between 2003 and 2009. Pablo holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Universidad San Francisco de Quito, along with a certificate in Entrepreneurship from Y Combinator.
