Tiago Almendra currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at EnergyCon since June 2020, overseeing the operations of various entities including Less Kw Group, Energysystems, and Treeenergy. Almendra holds multiple leadership roles, including Vice-President at Associação Humanitária dos Bombeiros Voluntários Portuenses and CEO of Academia dos Tropistas, which specializes in event organization. Previous experience includes Coordinator of the Workplace Safety Department at Prevensis and an Administrative Technician at the Museu Militar do Porto within the Portuguese Army. Almendra's educational background encompasses a Master's degree in Management for Executives from Instituto Politécnico do Cávado e do Ave, a Postgraduate degree in Integrated Management Systems from Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto, and a Bachelor's degree in Management from Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro, among various certifications in safety and health.
