Nikolai Braunschweiger is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the People & Culture Lead at Energy21 since September 2023. Previously, Nikolai held the position of Senior HR Business Partner at Adyen from July 2021 to September 2023, where responsibilities included strategic partnership with multiple teams, coaching leadership on team development, and launching HR initiatives focused on diversity and inclusion.
