Maddy Otto is a Technical Program Manager at Absci, with experience in developing cross-functional project plans and leading project meetings to drive protein expression and drug discovery initiatives. Prior roles at Absci include Associate Technical Program Manager and Research Associate I, where Maddy coordinated experimental workflows and managed data tracking systems. Previous experience includes serving as an Interpretive Park Ranger for the National Park Service, where Maddy was recognized as the 2019 Rookie of the Year, and educational roles at the University of Portland, where Maddy led workshops and served as a Resident Assistant. Maddy holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with a minor in Environmental Science from the University of Portland.
