Michael Staat serves as a Parts Supervisor at Energy Systems since 2019, where responsibilities include managing multi-state warehouses with over $2 million in inventory for emergency power generator systems and leading the implementation of an innovative Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Prior to this role, Michael worked as a Warehouse/Production Manager at TEMCo from 2016 to 2019, achieving a 33% reduction in production line lead times and developing a shared QA/QC report system to enhance communication between departments. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Radio from San Jose State University, completed in 2012.
