Laura McGadie is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Operations Director at Energy Saving Trust and previously holding positions such as Group Head of Energy and Head of Consumer Advice. Prior to Energy Saving Trust, McGadie was Head of Energy and Warmburgh Unit Manager at Changeworks, as well as Centre Manager for the Lothian and Edinburgh Energy Efficiency Advice Centre. McGadie also contributed as a journal editor for Institute of Physics Publishers. Educated at the University of Strathclyde with a Master of Science in Energy Systems and the Environment, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Sussex, McGadie's background solidifies expertise in energy efficiency and consumer advice.
