Caroline Power is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 20 years of expertise in the field. Currently serving as General Manager of Human Resources at Energy Power Systems Australia since December 2018, Caroline previously held the position of Head of People & Culture at Lotus Doors for a short period in late 2018. Caroline's extensive background includes a long tenure as HR Manager at Twinings and Co from 2005 to 2018, as well as previous HR Manager roles at Emerson Process Management from 2000 to 2005. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Human Resources from Monash University.
