Andrei Covatariu is a Research Fellow at CERRE, a Co-Chair and Vice-Chair at the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe, a Non-resident Scholar at the Middle East Institute, an Associate Lecturer at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, an External Climate Policy Advisor at PPC S.A., a Co-Founder of ECERA, a Senior Research Associate at Energy Policy Group, and has been involved with the World Energy Council's FEL-100 program. Andrei has a Master's degree in Public Policy from the Blavatnik School of Government, a Master's degree in Business Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Engineering.
