Riliwan Sanni is a skilled Chemical Engineer with extensive experience in both research and practical applications within the field of chemical engineering. Currently employed at Energy Materials Corporation since August 2020, Riliwan has contributed expertise gained as a Graduate Student Researcher at the Lab of Innovative Membranes, where innovative solid polymer electrolytes were designed for lithium-ion batteries, and as a Graduate Assistant focused on course transfer articulations. Previous roles included tutoring high school students at Huntington Learning Center, evaluating waste-to-energy systems at the Combustion and Catalysis Lab, conducting research on molecular gels at the CCNY Center for Development and Innovation, and leading a senior design project on hydrogen gas production from sewage sludge. Riliwan holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor's degree from The City College of New York, complemented by an Associate of Science degree from Borough of Manhattan Community College.
