Joel Alexander is an Analyst at Alumnus Capital since January 2024 and a member of The Junior Economic Club of New York City since December 2023. Currently serving as a Market Research Intern at Energy Innovation Capital, where responsibilities include conducting market research on clean energy startups, and as a Research Assistant at Columbia University Irving Medical Center, focusing on neurodegenerative diseases. In April 2023, Joel co-founded SEEDS, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting green local businesses, where Joel also serves as the Director of Investment. Additionally, Joel has been an Associate Instructor at Kumon North America, Inc. since May 2022, teaching Math and English. Joel is pursuing a degree at Claremont McKenna College from 2024 to 2028, following education at Iona Preparatory School and Yonkers Middle High School.
