Julio Cesar Galicia Cardona is an experienced professional in supply chain and procurement management with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Head of Purchasing at ENERGUATE since June 2019, Julio has held various leadership roles in prominent companies, including Orazul Energy and Duke Energy Corporation. As an Independent Business Consultant from December 2018, Julio leverages extensive industry knowledge to provide strategic insights. Educational credentials include a Licenciatura in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Rafael Landívar, an MBA in Marketing from ESEADE - UFM, and a specialization in Supply Chain & Procurement from CIPS.
