Tony Rubsam is an experienced R&D manager at Energizer Holdings, with a career spanning over two decades in battery technology and engineering. Beginning in February 2004 at Rayovac, Rubsam served in various roles, including Lead Cell Development Engineer, where leadership was demonstrated in developing lithium primary batteries. Prior to the current position, Rubsam contributed significantly as Principal Engineer at Spectrum Brands, Inc., responsible for the development of zinc air hearing aid batteries and managing battery design and production processes. Rubsam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earned between 2001 and 2003.
