Linh Pham is an experienced design professional specializing in user experience and product design, currently serving as an Experience Designer at KPMG Australia since September 2024. Linh's prior roles include Product Designer at Bheja.ai, where the design of an AI co-pilot for financial decisions was initiated, and at CIMET, where five product verticals were successfully launched for a B2B comparison platform. A stint as a UX Consultant at Seed Impact saw the optimization of onboarding processes for an online community. Earlier professional experiences include a Community Liaison Officer role at Marrickville High School and a Casino Dealer position at The Star Entertainment Group, along with support roles in architectural design. Linh holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Technology Sydney and has completed immersive programs in User Experience Design.
