Cara Fafard has extensive experience in customer service and communication, currently serving as Gestionnaire, Service à la clientèle and Partenaire Expérience client et qualité at Société de Transport de Laval since March 2020. Prior to this role, Cara held various positions at Énergie Cardio, including Instructeur de cours en groupe and Coordinatrice au marketing since November 2009. Cara also served as Conseillère communications et événement at Opération Enfant Soleil from February 2017 to March 2020, and as Agent de communication at both XpO and Desjardins. Cara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sociale from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières, completed in 2008.
