Lorenza Manfredi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainability, project management, and financial consulting. Currently serving as Team Leader for Sustainability ESG at CONFORME S.r.l. and as Administrative Management and European Project Reporting Reference at ICOOR, Lorenza has also worked as a Human Resources Specialist and Administrative-Accounting Employee at Energee3 since March 2020. As an expert in facilitated finance, Lorenza has provided consultancy, project design, and public and private fundraising since June 2017. Additional roles include overseeing accounting and personnel management at the Conservatorio di musica di Reggio Emilia e Castelnovo ne'Monti and contributing as a project designer at Golden Group. Previous experience encompasses strategic projects and European policies at the Comune di Correggio, as well as a role as Project Manager at the Provincia di Reggio Emilia, where Lorenza coordinated a crisis response task force.
