Prior experience at Schlumberger encompassed roles as Area Human Resources Manager and IPM Human Resources, focusing on HR services, training, and compensation strategies. Constanza began a career in HR at Halliburton, managing HR functions across multiple Latin American countries. With a degree in Human Resources and Economics from Universidad Industrial de Santander, Constanza possesses extensive knowledge of labor laws and SAP HR systems.
