Guy Grabarsky's work experience includes their current role as VP Global Strategic Alliance at Enercon Technologies LTD, where they are responsible for developing a long-term strategy and execution plan, building strategic partnerships, and generating organic and inorganic growth. Prior to that, they were the Co-Founder of Techaya Inc., where they established the company as a leader in military rugged communications solutions and oversaw business operations. Guy also co-founded ScreenGlide, where they obtained financial backing, developed international marketing and sales plans, and oversaw operations. Additionally, they served as a Sales Director at Bpath Inc and was involved with the Israeli Scouts Association.

Guy Grabarsky has a Pre Academic Unit degree from the University of Haifa in 1994. Guy then pursued a B.A. in Economics & Business Administration, with a focus on Marketing, from the University of Haifa in 1998. In 2003, Guy completed their education with an MBA degree in Business and Management from the University of Haifa.
