Mariana Antonelli is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Head of People Business Partner at Enel Green Power since March 2021. Prior to this role, Mariana held multiple positions at Enel, including Head of People Business Partner for I&N Goiás and People Business Partner for both I&N Goiás and I&N Ceará from August 2015 to March 2021. Mariana also gained valuable experience as an HR Business Partner at Direcional Engenharia from August 2013 to July 2015 and as an HR Analyst at allCred from 2011 to 2012. Mariana holds a degree in Psychology from Uni-FACEF, completed between 2006 and 2010.
