Rody Kemp is an accomplished Asset Management and Operations Expert specializing in offshore wind energy at Eneco since October 2015. With a comprehensive background in various roles, including Lead Asset Analyst and Implementation Project Manager for significant projects like Borssele 3&4, Rody has honed expertise in optimizing safety, technical design, and operational processes. Prior experience includes serving as an O&M Engineer with the Eneco/Shell joint venture CrossWind and as Asset Analyst for existing windfarms. Rody co-founded DelftWindPower and developed a MOOC on wind energy at TU Delft, showcasing a strong foundation in both academic and practical applications of wind energy technology. Rody holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from Delft University of Technology, with a specialized track in Wind Energy.
