Chandu Anugula has work experience as a Support Engineer at Enea AB starting from March 2022. Prior to that, Chandu worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Deepija Telecom Pvt Ltd from July 2021 to March 2022. In this role, Chandu installed and configured a CentOS Server for Asterisk PBX, built a VoIP PBX server from scratch, created SIP and Extensions Dial-plan, and provided training to end-users and clients on the ConVox application. Additionally, Chandu installed and configured the Din star gateway for routing incoming and outgoing calls to agent screens.
Chandu Anugula completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from The Silesian University of Technology from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree (B.Tech) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from SVS Group of Institutions, where they studied from 2011 to 2015.
