Alen Cangalovic possesses extensive experience in building inspection and technology support, currently serving as a Building Inspector for both BMS and ENE Systems and as a Tech Center Help Desk Intern at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research since 2018. Alen's responsibilities in the tech internship included supporting a large Windows 10 migration, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and overseeing infrastructure projects. Previous roles include Security Officer at Securitas Security Services, where Alen demonstrated professionalism in emergency situations, and Sales Associate at Walmart, where Alen enhanced customer service and sales strategies. Alen began a career in construction as a Carpenter Apprentice and held leadership positions at Dunkin Donuts, managing shift operations and training new associates. Alen holds a High School Diploma in Carpentry from Lynn Vocational Technical Institute and completed a program at Year Up United.
