Chris Longwell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Chris is currently working as the Vice President of Operations at Enduring Resources, LLC since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at QEP Resources from 2016 to 2021, holding various positions such as General Manager of Drilling & Completions, General Manager of Bakken & Haynesville, General Manager of Haynesville, and Director of Production. During their time at QEP Resources, they were responsible for drilling, completions, workovers, health and safety, environmental management, procurement, materials management, and overall operations for Permian and Williston assets. Before joining QEP Resources, Chris worked at Santos Ltd from 2011 to 2016, where they held several positions including Operations Manager of Drilling & Completions, Senior Drilling Engineer - Offshore Australia, Drilling & Completions Manager - Eastern Australia, Project Leader - Tajikistan Drilling & Completions, and Senior Drilling Engineer. At Santos Ltd, they managed various drilling and completion activities, implemented cost-saving strategies, and planned and designed high-pressure high-temperature offshore wells. Chris also gained experience as a Senior Drilling Engineer and Drilling Engineer at QEP Energy Company from 2007 to 2011, where they focused on designing, overseeing, and troubleshooting drilling operations for oil and gas wells. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Regional Engineer at Halliburton from 2003 to 2007. Overall, Chris Longwell has extensive experience in drilling and completions, operations management, engineering, health and safety, and cost control in the oil and gas industry.

Chris Longwell completed their bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, from 1999 to 2003. Later, from 2010 to 2011, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Global Energy Management at the University of Colorado Denver.
