Rich Gruenhagen has worked in the sales and business development sector for over 40 years. In 1978, they began their career at Connect Computer/Data General/Sybase, where they held various positions in sales, sales management, and VP of Sales. In 2003, they became the Sales Director at Comm-Works. Two years later, they rejoined The Lake Companies as a Territory Manager, where they were responsible for sales, business development and customer satisfaction of Infor's SyteLine ERP solution for the SMB discrete manufacturing sector in the upper midwest. From 2007 to 2010, they worked at MTM International/Naviant, Inc. as a Business Development Consultant, where they helped organizations improve business processes, workflow and the implementation of Electronic Content Management. From 2014 to 2016, they were self-employed as a Business Development Consultant. Lastly, from 2016 to the present, they have been at EnduraData, Inc., where they have held the roles of Senior Vice President and VP of Sales and Business Development.

Rich Gruenhagen earned a BS/MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in Math and Physics/Marketing.
