Mara McFadden is an accomplished executive and educator, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Endolumik since October 2020 and Adjunct Faculty at Carnegie Mellon University's Center for Leadership Studies since August 2019. With prior experience as Chief Operating Officer at Noctem and Executive in Residence at LifeX Labs, Mara has a strong background in product management and engineering, exemplified through roles such as Director of Product Management and Industrial Design at 4moms and Senior Global Product Manager at Philips Respironics. Mara holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
