Juliet Oliver is the Co-Founder and CEO of Endo45, a role commenced in January 2024. Prior to this, Juliet served in various leadership positions at Todd Energy from February 2014 to December 2023, including Business Improvement Lead, Production Optimisation & Joint Venture Manager, Low Emissions Future Lead, and Production Optimisation Manager. Key responsibilities included overseeing cross-functional cost reduction initiatives, managing New Zealand's largest natural gas field, developing sustainability policies, and establishing the country's first Integrated Operations Centre. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Wireline Field Engineer at Schlumberger and a Petroleum Engineer at Greymouth Petroleum Limited. Juliet holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical and Materials Engineering from The University of Auckland, earned between 2005 and 2008.
