Steffen S. has extensive experience as a product owner and agile coach within various organizations, currently serving as a product owner at endios GmbH since November 2024. Previously, Steffen held the role of product owner at hepster, focusing on backlog management, user story creation, and collaboration with stakeholders across sales and payment domains. As an agile coach at FFW, Hermes Germany GmbH, and enyway GmbH, Steffen facilitated agile processes and coaching for multiple cross-functional teams, conducted workshops on Scrum and Kanban, and contributed to organizational development and team restructuring initiatives. Steffen's career began as a software developer at SIV.AG and LichtBlick SE, where responsibilities expanded to leading software development teams. Steffen holds a Diplom in Informatik from Universität Rostock, completed in 2002.
